Update: Kimauri Laughlin has been located and is home safe, according to the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office.
WILMINGTON — The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a missing 14-year-old teen who was reported missing Friday morning.
Kimauri Laughlin, 14, attends JC Roe and was last seen wearing a black toboggan hat, a white t-shirt, black jeans, and white shoes.
He is 5-feet 7-inches tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair and was last seen at a home off Bridgeport Drive.
