WILMINGTON — The Wilmington Central Rotary is hosting its annual fundraiser, “Wilmington’s Got Talent,” on Nov. 19, at 5 p.m., at Thalian Hall.
“Wilmington’s Got Talent” brings together actors, musicians and comedians from New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick counties to participate. According to the Wilmington Central Rotary, every year this event raises more than $10,000 for local charities.
This year’s event donates the proceeds to a new narcotics detection canine for the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit and the purchase of Safariland police bicycles.
