Detectives with the Wilmington Police Department continue to search for a 21-year-old man wanted on charges of selling heroin.
Kejuan Smith, of 3813 Prices Lane in Wilmington, is wanted on a charge of possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin in connection to a search warrant executed March 6 in the Winterwood apartment complex, according to police spokeswoman Linda Rawley.
The search warrant was executed in the 4800 block of Kubeck Court in Wilmington after a monthslong investigation into complaints about gang activity and drug sales in the area, Rawley said.
The search warrant resulted in the arrest of 17-year-old Torrance Burns, who was charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of 18-year-old Raequan Rouse on Jan. 19.
