Durant’s and Davis’ arrests were the result of combined efforts from U.S. Marshals Carolina Regional Task Force, S.W.A.T. and the Mobile Field Force. Both suspects were charged with first degree murder and are being held without bond.

31-year-old Charles Bernard Ross Jr. was found on a Monday morning at 6:25, after police responded to a shooting in the 4100 block of Princess Place Dr. Upon arrival, officers found Ross with life-threatening wounds and had him transported to NHRMC where he passed away during surgery.
