Monday, March 23

The New Hanover County Board of Elections will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. in room 155 at the New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Dr. The board will enter closed session to conduct personnel matters in accordance with North Carolina General Statute § 143-318.11(a)(6), and to conduct such other business as may be necessary. The Belville Board of Commissioners will host a regular meeting at 6 p.m. in the NC State Highway Patrol. The agenda includes:

- Resolution by the Belville Board of Commissioners Directing the Town Clerk to investigate a petition for annexation

The Leland Planning Board will meet at 6 p.m. at the Leland Town Hall. The agenda includes review and consideration of an initial zoning request tied to an annexation petition for a mixed use development on 150 acres off of Highway 74/76.
