Freeman Park permits on sale for 2026 season

CAROLINA BEACH — 2026 annual Freeman Park permits will go on sale after Thanksgiving.

The permits open for a discounted rate of $110 on Dec. 1, available through Dec. 31. Purchases must be made in-person only, using cash or credit/debit cards at:

  • Town of Carolina Beach Parking Office, 1708 Canal Dr. — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, except on holidays
  • Carolina Beach Town Hall Billing Department, 1121 N. Lake Park Blvd. — 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, except holidays

Beginning Jan. 1, the full price of $225 will go into effect, available in-person or online here. 2026 permits — which must be affixed to a 4 x 4 vehicle — are valid from the date of purchase and may be used to gain entry to Freeman Park for the remainder of 2025.
