HAMPSTEAD — Untitled Theatre Productions is set to present the science fiction musical Little Shop of Horrors this March at the Hampstead Annex in a combination of comedy, horror, and charisma.
The performance will run from Friday, March 27th to Sunday, March 29th. On Friday and Saturday, the show will begin at 7 p.m. and on both Saturday and Sunday, there will be 2 p.m. shows. The show is being put up in partnership with Pender County Parks and Recreation and is made possible through special arrangement with Music Theatre International.
Directed by Steve Campbell and Emily Graham, Little Shop of Horrors tells the story of Seymour Krelborn, a shy floral assistant who discovers a plant with an insatiable appetite and names it Audrey II after his coworker he has a crush on. The plant promises Seymour fame and fortune but as Audrey II grows, the stakes also grow. A campy and quirky musical, Little Shop of Horrors is one of the longest-running Off-Broadway productions of all time.
Untitled Theatre Productions is a nonprofit organization founded in 2023 and dedicated to bringing high-quality, affordable live theatre to Pender County and surrounding areas.
