WILMINGTON — British rockers The Struts celebrated a decade of their debut “Everybody Wants” at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater last month.

The group — consisting of Luke Spiller, guitarist Adam Slack, bassist Jed Elliott, and drummer Gethin Davies — are well-known for their modern neo-glam rock sound, blending inspiration from Rolling Stones, Oasis, The Strokes, Queen and My Chemical Romance. They also have opened for the Stones, Foo Fighters and The Who.

The Struts released four albums to date including their 2015 debut and, most recently, 2023’s “Pretty Vicious.” They played the title track from the record as their encore at GLA, after barreling through “Everybody Wants” in its entirety and a few other tracks.

Opening was American rock band Dirty Honey, founded in 2017 by Marc LaBelle (vocals), John Notto (guitar) and Justin Smolian (bass). Joining in 2023 was Jaydon Bean on drums. They’ve released two albums to date, including their self-titled debut in 2021, followed by 2023’s “Can’t Find the Brakes.”

Tom Dorgan, photographer with MoonFrog Media, captured scenes from the show, noting The Struts really know how to “bring the rock to the rock show,” with high energy, particularly with lead man Spiller working the stage and interacting with the crowd.
