WILMINGTON — The Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College has announced two acts being added to the 2026-2027 PNC Broadway and the Beach Season — Tony Award-winning musical “Monty Python’s Spamalot” and the interactive show “Singalong Broadway.”
“Monty Python” will have three showtimes Saturday, Nov. 7 through Nov. 8, 2026. “Singalong Broadway,” bringing a high-energy celebration of Broadway’s greatest hits, will show on Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026, at 7 p.m.
The addition of these two surprise shows follows the official spring announcement of the PNC Broadway and the Beach Season, and now marks the largest Broadway Season to date at CFCC’s Wilson Center, boasting nine Broadway musicals and two add-on bonus productions.
“Monty Python’s Spamalot“
Hot off a critically acclaimed Broadway revival in 2023, “Monty Python’s Spamalot,” the Tony Award-winning best musical, comes to CFCC’s Wilson Center from November 7-8, 2026 for three performances. Lovingly ripped off from the film classic “Monty Python and the Holy Grail,” “Spamalot” features a book and lyrics by Eric Idle and music by John Du Prez and Eric Idle.
“Spamalot” features everything from flying cows and killer rabbits to British royalty, French taunters, dancing girls, rubbery shrubbery and, of course, the Lady of the Lake. The musical features songs that have become beloved classics in musical theatre, including “Always Look on the Bright Side of Life,” “The Song That Goes Like This,” and “Find Your Grail.”
Subscribers who have already purchased a full season subscription or a build your own Broadway subscription of three or more shows can add this show to their subscription and receive 10% off.
Singalong Broadway
“Singalong Broadway” is a high-octane love letter to musicals that will have audiences singing along to Broadway’s greatest tracks at an all-out themed party. The night will be interspersed with medleys, solos, Broadway-themed games, comedy, and lots of audience participation.
Audiences are encouraged to bring their friends and dress up as their favorite Broadway characters for a night of music, laughter, and celebration, with hit songs like “Defying Gravity,” “Seasons of Love,” “One Day More” and “You Can’t Stop the Beat.”
“Singalong Broadway” is being offered as an optional add-on to the PNC Broadway and the Beach Season. While this show is not required to receive the perks of a full season subscription, existing Broadway subscribers are eligible for 50% off tickets to this add-on. The discount applies to patrons who have purchased either a full season subscription or a build your own broadway subscription with three or more shows.
For Wilson Center Members and PNC Broadway subscribers, tickets to both shows are available now. Tickets for both shows will go on sale to the general public on Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026, at 10 a.m.
