WILMINGTON — A 65-year-old man who was reported missing earlier this week has been found dead. Authorities say they do not suspect foul play.
According to the Wilmington Police Department, Bradley Hoss’s body was found in a wooded area roughly 40 yards off the road near the intersection of East Lake Shore Drive and Sherwood Drive. Hoss’s body was not visible from either the road or the walking trails around Greenfield Lake, according to WPD. Hoss was located around 11:25 a.m. on Saturday, August 29.
WPD first notified the public that Hoss was missing on Thursday evening. He had been seen at the Lake Shore Commons retirement community between Tuesday and Thursday; the facility is located near where his body was eventually found.
