WILMINGTON — After closing its Wrightsville Avenue location last year, Grinder’s Cafe reopened today at the Crossroads Center in midtown Wilmington.
First opened in 2011, Grinder’s developed a following both for the cafe’s coffee and food, and for its weekly Open Mic Night. The cafe serves a “selection of healthy food options prepared by Spoonfed Kitchen & Bakeshop,” located off Eastwood Road.
Grinder’s new, larger location at the intersection of Kerr Avenue and Wilshire Boulevard will continue to serve food, as well as tea and coffee (locally roasted in Hampsted by Java Estates) — including CBD-infused options.
Open Mic night is returning, as well, hosted Thursday nights, 6 – 9 p.m.
