SOUTHPORT — Jaylend Conley Clemmons, age 22, of Southport, NC passed away Monday, June 15, 2026.
A celebration of Jaylend’s life took place Saturday, June 27, 2026 at South Brunswick High School Gymnasium, 280 Cougar Rd., Southport, NC 28461.
Interment followed at John N. Smith Cemetery, 231 E Leonard St., Southport, NC 28461.
His love and memories will remain in the hearts of his mother, Christy Osborne Clemmons of Leland, NC; father, Joseph Clemmons of Southport, NC; sister, Takira Clemmons of Whiteville, NC; niece, Kalie Rich of Whiteville, NC; nephew, Caiden Manning of Whiteville, NC; maternal grandmother, Cinda Galgano of Boone, NC and maternal grandfather, Mitchell Osborne of West Jefferson, NC and a host of other relatives and friends.
