BURGAW — Mary Lou Kintyle, 61, went to her home in GLORY on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at her home.
She was born September 13, 1964 in Marion, Indianna, the daughter of Tex William Kintyle and Barbara Ann Mitchell Carrico.
Mary is survived by her sons, Ricky Champion (Fern); daughter, Shauna Meadors (Joe); eight grandchildren; sister, Cristie Hitchens; brother, Kenny Kintyle (Jenny); several nieces and nephews and many extended family and friends.
Mary loved her family and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and sister. Her grandchildren were a bright and shining light in her life. She had two special canine companions, Kipper and Zipper, that brought her much joy and entertainment. Mary enjoyed crafting, gardening, and canning the fruits of her gardening labors. Mary’s place at our family table will be empty, but we will cherish so many fond memories of Mary.
A memorial service is being planned and will soon be announced.
