WILMINGTON — Geraldine Webber Register, age 91, of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina passed from this life to her new eternal life on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Wilmington.
She was born on August 16, 1934 in Greene County; the daughter of the late Frank and Mertie Holloman Webber. She was also preceded in death by her husband Ernest Carl Register.
Surviving are her children William Joe Bell, Vernon Wayne Williamson, and James Ray Williamson; her granddaughter Carla; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends that love her dearly.
Mrs. Register was a loving mother and caring grandmother who loved her family with all her heart. She was a hard worker when her health permitted. She enjoyed people and spending time with family and friends. She will surely be missed but treasured memories of her will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her forever.
