SOUTHPORT — Emma J. Myles, age 78, of Southport, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026.
A public viewing took place on Friday, April 3, 2026 at First Baptist Church, 619 N Lord St., Southport, NC 28461.
A celebration of Ms. Myles’ life took place on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at Davis Funeral Home – Bolivia, 1705 Southport Supply RD SE., 28422.
Interment followed at John N. Smith Cemetery.
Her love and memories will remain in the hearts of her sons, Bishop Eric Joyner (Sonya) of Leland, NC and Timothy Myles of Fayetteville, NC: siblings, Jerry Wearren of Bayonne, NY, Priscilla McCollum and Rev. Richard Joyner (Sarah) both of Bolivia, NC and Kenneth Joyner, Sr. of Mansfield, TX, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
