SOUTHPORT — Alvin Rodal “Rattler” Phelps, 74 of Southport, North Carolina passed away on February 13, 2026.
Mr. Phelps was born October 11, 1951 son of the late William and Al-Mary Phelps.
He is survived by his sister, Marie Phelps Clemmons; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, including his special friend Kimberly Stewart.
