CASTLE HAYNE — Josephine James, age 80, of Castle Hayne, NC passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at Davis Funeral Home – Wilmington, 901 South 5th Avenue, Wilmington, NC 28401.
Her love and memories will remain in the heart of her daughter, Wanda James of the home; siblings, Frank Jordan (Saundria), Dennis Smith (Kay), Dorothy Jordan, Thelma Hemmingway, Ernestine Waddell (Vincent) and Marilyn Bloodworth all of Wilmington, NC and Sarah Smith of Kinston, NC, two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
