WILMINGTON — Susan Martha Kaiser, 85, of Wilmington, NC, passed away at home on Sunday, November 16, 2025. She was born in New York City to Berhard and Julie (Rohr) David.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Richard, her son, Robert, and three grandchildren, Samantha, Alexis and Jessica. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah.
A small, private service was held on Wednesday, November 19 at B’nai Israel Cemetery in Wilmington.
Susan was a devoted mother, wife and teacher. She taught initially in New York City schools and later at the Rainbow Connection pre-school in Murrysville, Pennsylvania.
She had a natural connection with children. Her eyes and their eyes would light up with each interaction.
For many years as a stay-at-home mom with her children, Susan made sure they were always safe, engaged in activities and loved.
