SOUTHPORT — Michael Joseph Levesque, of Southport, NC (Boiling Spring Lakes), passed away on Monday, August, 4, 2025 at his home with family by his side.
Michael was born in Long Island, NY, on March 26, 1964, and was a son of Jean-Guy and Colette Morin Levesque. In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his wife, Georgianna Van Orden Levesque.
Michael was a very spiritual man who loved to be outdoors hiking, building and making things with his hands. He will always be remembered as a man with a heart of gold, a true friend that went beyond normal, he was a friend that a friend would love to have. He was also one who enjoyed quiet times listening to his music.
He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Levesque, her children, Navaeh Vansteenburg, Nathanial Donholt; three step-children, Wendy Gomez, Johnny Clineman, Tonya Clineman; and was “Pops” to seven grandchildren; his siblings; sister, Barbara Levesque-Steiger, her children, Jonathan Steiger (Jennifer), Valerie Stanton (Jeremy), a brother, Bob Levesque, a sister, Debbie Jenkofsky, (Joe) their children, Kasey Jenkofsky, Bill McElroy, Eric McElroy, a brother, Roy Levesque; a special niece and caregiver, Vena Wormuth and husband Brian, and many great nieces and nephews.
To honor his wishes, no services will be held.
