WILMINGTON — Mary Morgan Autry, age 80 passed away on August 1, 2025. She was born on November 16, 1944, to Roy Morgan, Sr. and Ruth Horne Morgan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son George Melton Jr. and brother Roy Morgan Jr.
She is survived by her husband Gilbert Autry; daughters: Veronica Sigmon and husband Greg, Katrina Hawes and husband Edwin; grandchildren: Claven Melton, Amanda Hawes, Alexander Hawes, Kimberly Walrod and husband Travis, Michael Sigmon; great grandchildren: Charlie Walrod and Declan Walrod.
A Visitation will be held from 1-2pm on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at Coble Funeral & Cremation Chapel, 1155 Shipyard Boulevard, Wilmington, NC.
The Funeral Service will follow at 2pm in the chapel with Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
