HAMPSTEAD — Thomas “Tom” Lowell born March 30, 1944, in Albany, Georgia passed away on June 19, 2025, in Hampstead, NC.
His parents Frances and Stewart and a brother, Joe, proceeded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Connie, along with daughters Kristi, Lori, and a grandson, Sean, all of NC. Survived also by brother, Karl of Fla.
