Gabe’s life was marked by a deep commitment to serving his community and a vibrant enthusiasm for his many interests. For nine years, he dedicated himself to the safety and well-being of the residents of Bernardsville Borough as a police officer. His caring nature extended beyond law enforcement, as he also served for many years as a well-respected EMT with the Bradley Gardens Rescue Squad, always ready to lend a helping hand in times of need.
An entrepreneur with a unique flair, Gabe brought his love for classic cars to life through his beloved Mustang Deli in Whitehouse, New Jersey. The deli was more than just a place to grab a bite; it was a reflection of his passion, with sandwiches playfully named after different Mustang models. Gabe’s pride in his own classic cars shone brightly at numerous car shows, where he proudly won multiple trophies.
Gabe’s heart found solace and joy by the ocean, and his deep love for the beach was evident to all who knew him. His fascination with the past led him to volunteer at the USS North Carolina Battleship, where he enthusiastically shared his knowledge of history. A talented woodworker, Gabe lovingly crafted various items for his son and granddaughter, leaving behind tangible reminders of his affection.
The open road called to Gabe, and he cherished the adventures he shared with his beloved wife, Pat, aboard their Harley-Davidson. Together, they explored the world, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
Gabe’s legacy of love, service, and passion will live on through his devoted family: his wife, Carolyn “Pat” Trepiccione of 51 years; his son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Michele Trepiccione; his granddaughter, Courtney Trepiccione; his grandson, Thomas Trepiccione Jr.; his sister and brother-in-law, Vivian and William Dixon; and his beloved canine companions, Kimber and Sinbad.
