HAMPSTEAD — Nancy L. Kroeger, 77 of Hampstead NC passed away Sunday, January 5th 2025, at Novant Health in Wilmington NC.
She was born on August 30th, 1947 in Somerville, NJ to the late Michael and Elaine Johnson Longordo.
She was retired and loved the years that she performed as a tour guide and managed the General Store at Historic Poplar Grove Plantation. She made many friends there and enjoyed all the visitors that came through each year. She loved to talk to anyone about history which made her time there even more enjoyable. Nancy was an avid reader and never read a book she didn’t like.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband Kenneth Kroeger, a daughter Corey Ann Kroeger and a sister Ann Longordo Miller. Nancy’s memory will be cherished by her daughter Geri-Beth Magaldino (Joe), Kenneth C. Kroeger, grandsons Robert J. Magaldino (Simone), Corey M. Magaldino and Kevin T. Magaldino as well as, 2 great grand-daughters Cecilia E Magaldino and Carolina H Magaldino.
Her legacy continues through them and the many lives she touched.
