WILMINGTON — Ella M. Lemon, age 94, of Wilmington, North Carolina passed away on Monday, December 30, 2024.
She was born June 10, 1930 in Manning, SC.
She was preceded in death by her sisters: Mary Lou Doughty (John) of Manning, SC, Estelle Lemon of Wilmington, NC, Helena Lemon of Manning, SC and Emma Davis (Harold) of Manning, SC, her brothers: Earl Lemon (Pauline) of Opa-Locka, Florida and Leroy Lemon (Lucille) (Carlessia) of Manquin, Virginia, her mother: Sarah Calhoun Lemon of Claraton County, SC, her dad: Earl Lemon and her daughter: Rebecca “Banky” Ann Lemon of Wilmington, NC.
She is survived by her son: Jessie Lemon (Margaret) of Huntersville, NC, her granddaughters: Shauna Lemon Willis (Jimmie) of Leland, NC and Tatiyana Hill of Winnabow, NC, her grandsons: Jamar Lemon (Cortni) of Leland, NC, Shawron Lemon of Wilmington, NC, Matthew Jace Lemon and Mario Michaels of Huntersville, NC, and her greatgranchildren: Travis Lemon of Wilmington, NC, Xavier Lemon of Wilmington, NC, Kendall Lemon of Wilmington, NC, Julian Lemon of Leland, and Carrie Jenae Lemon of Leland, NC.
