SOUTHPORT — Ada Elnora Reichert, age 95, of Southport, North Carolina passed away on Monday, October 28, 2024.
Mrs. Reichert was born April 10, 1929, daughter of the late Ambrose and Edna Werts. She was very active in the churches she attended in Florida, Georgia, and First Baptist Church of Boiling Spring Lakes in North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 75 years, Warren Edward Reichert; two brothers, and four sisters.
Survivors include her son, David Reichert (Davina) of Cary, NC; two daughters, Judy Towns of Augusta, GA and Deborah McCartney (William) of Boiling Springs Lakes, NC; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson; a sister, Marilyn James of Nanticoke, PA; and a sister-in-law, Ethel Borem of Berwick, PA.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the SECU Hospice House of Brunswick, 955 Mercy Lane, Bolivia, NC 28422.
