HAMPSTEAD — Betty A. Burns, 87 of Hampstead, NC passed away peacefully on July 2, 2024.
She was born in Hudson, NY on September 22, 1936, daughter of the late John and Anna Mae (Shupa) Myshasko.
She was the widow of John Raymond Burns and was also preceded in death by her daughters, Valerie A. Burns and Nan E. Burns.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Kim Burns as well as her 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit with the family at Andrews Mortuary Market Street, 1:00 – 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 6, 2024.
Graveside services will follow at approximately 3:00 pm at the Riley’s Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Clarks Landing Loop Rd, Rocky Point, NC.
