WILMINGTON — Jetty Gore Gray, age 90, left this earthly realm to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on June 13, 2024. She is survived by two daughters, Dixie Horne (Paul) of Rocky Point and Sherry Hewitt (Jerry) of Leland; two grandsons, Jason Faircloth and Nathan Hewitt; five great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Ivy Wrightson.
Among others, Jetty is now reunited in heaven with her son Steve Gore and her granddaughter Jennifer Faircloth.
Jetty left an imprint on our hearts as a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister. It was a joy to know her. She was smart and had a witty sense of humor. She was charming, and full of grace.
A farewell to Jetty will be held at graveside at 1pm, Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
