HAMPSTEAD — Helene was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Sidney Stiles Chapin; her parents, Edward and Helen Kozlowski; her brother, Edward Kozlowski and her sister Carol.
She is survived by her sisters, Lorraine (Ronnie) Son and Frances Sadler; brother, Raymond Kozlowski and many nieces and nephews.
Helene retired from First Citizens Bank in Wilmington, NC. She was an active member of All Saints Catholic Church in Hampstead, NC. Fishing, camping and going by boat to Lea Island were her happy times.
A funeral mass will be held at 9 a.m., Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at All Saints Catholic Church. The family will receive visitors one hour prior beginning at 8 a.m.
A graveside service will be held at noon on Tuesday, March 19, at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to All Saints Catholic Church or Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Center.
