OAK ISLAND — Sylvia Rose Pittman Kellerhouse, 74, of Oak Island, NC passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022, in the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Center, Brunswick House following a brief illness. Born in Raleigh, NC on May 9, 1948, Sylvia was a daughter of the late Cecil P. and Sylvia Young Pittman. She was a speech pathologist and was retired from the Wake County Public Schools.
