HAMPSTEAD — Mary Curto Tatum, 98, of Hampstead, NC, passed away April 1, 2022, at Woodbury Wellness Center.
She was born in Philadelphia, PA, on November 19, 1923, the daughter of the late Dominick Curto and Carmello Grimaldi Curto.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Claude Russell Tatum, Sr.; son, C. Russell Tatum, Jr.; daughter, Linda DiNucci; and sisters, Josephine Correnti and Rose Balestra.
She is survived by her son, William “Bill” Tatum; daughter-in-law, Eileen Tatum; son-in-law, Tom DiNucci; grandchildren, Nicole Cuningham, Lori Grinnell, Sandra Matus, Catherine Siag, Anthony Tatum, James Tatum, Matthew Tatum, Kelli Ann Falcon, Erin Tatum, and Andrew Tatum; and great-grandchildren, Cullin Cunningham, Kyle Grinnell, Madaline Grinnell, Caleb Matus, Hadassah Matus, Jonathan Matus, Gavin Siag, Maya and Stella Tatum with a sibling on the way, Clara Tatum, Ronan Tatum, Flynn Tatum, and Mason Troop.
