WILMINGTON — James William Small, 64, of Wilmington, passed away peacefully in his home on Monday, October 25, 2021.
Born in New York City, NY, he was the son of the late James and Evelyn (Wray) Small. He was a sanitation worker in New York City, and enjoyed great food and music, especially the Grateful Dead.
James is survived by his siblings Carol Squitieri, Ronald Small, and Bryant Small; a niece Samantha Small; and a nephew Kevin Small.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at the Basilica Shrine of St. Mary, 412 Ann St., Wilmington, 28401. A Viewing will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Thursday morning, October 28, at Andrews Mortuary, 1617 Market Street, Wilmington, 28401.
