Bruce Alan Rendall, 56

WILMINGTON — Bruce Alan Rendall passed away peacefully on Aug. 25. For the past 56 years on this earth, he was a free spirit who loved big and lived life without boundaries.

Bruce was born on December 3, 1964 in New York City, the son of the late Alan and Lorraine Rendall.

He is survived by his daughter, Ashley and son, Dylan; brother, John Rendall; sister, Athena Bryson (Carlos); brother, Christopher Rendall (Rob); grandchildren Isabella and Jason; and nephews, Jonas and Jake, and niece, Lily.

Bruce had many close friends and cherished many lifelong friendships. His passion for music began at an early age and he shared that love with all that he came in contact with. He played in several bands over his lifetime both in Miami and Wilmington and could be found often on the local music scene. He was an avid concertgoer who went with friends and family to hundreds of shows over the years. He was also an “uncle” to many of his friends kids who will miss his loving and caring nature and his ability to bring people together.
