WILMINGTON — Marjorie Ann Ashcraft Parks, 55, slipped peacefully from this earthly home surrounded in love by her family Sunday, July 18, 2021. Marjorie was born Aug. 10, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois.
She is survived by her beloved sons, Stephen (Lo) Parks, James Parks Tyler (Tonya) Ashcraft and Cory Niven; sister, Sharon Ashcraft; three brothers, Beau (Loraine) Ashcraft, Louie (Pam) Ashcraft and Gary Ashcraft; three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Annie was preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Leatric Ashcraft; brothers, Elbert and Charles Ashcraft; and sisters, Pam Jones and Cheryl Long.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 21, at Sea Lawn Memorial Park, 17750 Hwy. 17 N., Hampstead.
We wish to give special attention to Sabrina Jones who cared for her Aunt Annie with gentle love and compassion. Thank you to the nurses from hospice who tirelessly care for others at their most vulnerable time.
