WILMINGTON — James Aaron Thompson, 37, was joined in heaven Sunday, May 17, 2020, with his parents, Wendy and Toby; adored sister, Patricia; and beloved grandmothers, Becky and Francis.
He leaves many loved ones to cherish his memories including his wife, Nikki Fairfax; four sons, James Riley, Elijah Dale, Benjamin Joel and Noah Xavier, and their mother, Heather; his only daughter, Aisha; little sister and best friend, Felicia, and little sisters, Nicole and Jennifer; little brother, William; cherished aunt, Lynn; uncle, Dean; special niece, Tiara; and special friends, Daron and Ida. James Aaron made everyone family. He had many aunts, uncles and cousins, too many to name them all! He is loved and will be missed!
God saw the road was getting rough, the hill was hard to climb; He gently closed his loving eyes and whispered “Peace be Thine.” The weary hours and the days of pain, the sleepless nights have passed. The ever patient worn-out frame has found sweet rest at last.
