
WILMINGTON — Pearl Marie Inman, 76, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019. She is healed and whole with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
She was born July 8, 1943, in Wilmington, to the late William B. and Fannie (Gore) Potter.
In addition to her parents, Marie was also preceded in death by her brothers, Burton Potter, Charles Ray Potter, Arnold Ray Potter and Billy Potter; and sister, Iscelene Fales.
Marie is survived by her husband, Dan Eldridge Inman; sons, Danny Inman, and his wife, Michelle, Kenny Inman, and his wife, Jennifer, Steve Inman, David Inman, and his wife, Sherry; daughter, Nancy Ward, and her husband, Richard; brothers, George Potter, and his wife, Shirley, Larry Potter, and his wife, Sue; beloved grandchildren, Shane Inman, and his wife, Kaitlin, Whitney Williams, and her husband, Andrew, Karra Inman, Austin Inman, Aaron Inman, Kayla Inman and Zack Inman; and her great grandchild, Hannah Inman.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Sept. 27, at Grace Baptist Church, 1401 N. College Road. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with services immediately following at the church. Burial will follow in Oleander Memorial Gardens.
