OCEAN ISLE BEACH — Mary Evelyn Stanforth, 86, passed away, Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018.
Born Aug. 31, 1932, in Greene County, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Delbert and Juanita Thomas Glass. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John P. Stanforth.
Surviving are her two daughters, Cheri Lynn Stanforth of Ocean Isle Beach and Jeri Sue Pitstick (Ted) of Wallace; brother, Roger Dean Glass (Linda) of Ocean Isle Beach; and three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 2, at Brunswick Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will follow in Brunswick Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
