LONGWOOD — Sheila Renee Trogdon, 48, passed away Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017. Born May 5, 1969, in Asheboro, N.C., she was a daughter to the late Billy Wayne and Tencie Trogdon.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory a son, Douglas “D.J.” Baines Jr. of Longwood, N.C.; daughter, Katy Rodgers of Addison, Kansas; and sisters, Loretta “Lorrie” Trogdon Livingston of Gastonia, N.C., and Amy Trogdon of Gastonia, N.C.
A service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 19, at Cross on the Strand, Ocean Isle Beach. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at Brunswick Funeral Service Chapel.
