WILMINGTON — Imogene Capps Biggs died Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017, at Liberty Commons.
She was born March 10, 1920, in Wilmington, a daughter of the late Marvin Capps and Estelle Johnson Capps. She was also preceded in death by her husband, O. Kenneth Biggs; and son, Marvin Kenneth Biggs.
Surviving are her niece, Maureen Tilton; and nephew, Charles Jarrell.
Imogene was a member of First Baptist Church since 1943, where she belonged to the Dobson Sunday School Class.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p. m., Monday, Sept. 18, at Oakdale Cemetery.
