WILMINGTON — Michael Louis ‘Mike’ O’Grady, 67, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017.
Mike was born Sept. 11, 1949, in Wilmington. He loved his late mother, Juanita Menick; and grandfather and grandmother, Oscar and Ruby Bullard.
Mike is survived by uncles, David Bullard, and his wife, Virginia, Ted Bullard, and his wife, Martha, and Jackie Bullard; and numerous cousins and extended family friends. Mike would have liked to extend a very special appreciation of gratitude for his close friends, Mike Morris, Tom and Jennifer, David and Richard, for their loyal support.
Mike had a special relationship with his cousins, Mark and Jason Bullard. Mike served in the U.S. Air Force and was later employed at G.E. in Wilmington, where he retired after a long career.
The family would like to extend a very special thanks to the Lower Cape Fear Hospice facility for their loving care.
Graveside services will be held at noon Monday, July 3, in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
