Thomas Harold “Mouse” Moore Jr., 64, nuclear technician with Duke Power Plant

WILMINGTON — Mr. Thomas Harold “Mouse” Moore Jr., 64, of Wilmington, N.C., passed away on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016, after a long struggle with COPD.

Tommy was born on May 5, 1952, in Whiteville, N.C. to Thomas Harold and Mildred Batten Moore. He was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his sister, Linda M. Ray and brother-in-law, Gregory Ray of Washington, N.C. He is also survived by his nephew, Toby Williams (Karla) of Grimesland, N.C. and niece, Heather Toth (Marty) of Matthews, N.C., and his great nephews, Jordan Toth, Aaron Williams, Dixon Williams and great niece, Makenzie Toth.

A very special thank you goes out to Tommy’s Break Time “family” of Wilmington, N.C. for their love and support.

Tommy graduated from Pitt Community College with a Nuclear Technician degree. He traveled all over the country working at Duke Power Plants.

A private service will be held at a later time.
