Former president Bill Clinton was in Wilmington Wednesday morning to campaign for his wife, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
The 42nd president of the United States is in the midst of a bus tour through North Carolina, a major battleground state in this year’s election. His speech in front of over a thousand people at Union Station Commons on the campus of Cape Fear Community College touched on the economy, infrastructure, renewable energy, lowering the cost of college and national unity.
