Oscar Alfredo Reyes, 54, of Wilmington, passed away Friday, Jan. 22, 2016.
Services will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 30 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1828 S. 16th St., Wilmington, NC 28403.
