Peggy Lynn Maltba Moore went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016.

Peggy Lynn was born on June 20, 1990 in Wilmington, a daughter of Michael and Dana Maltba.

She was a shining light in many lives. Her joyous soul was always bringing laughter to everyone around her. Peggy Lynn’s passion was for others to see the beauty in themselves, no matter what life threw at her. She always had a beautiful encouraging smile to share with everyone. She was a member of Bridge of Life Community Church in Leland.

Peggy is survived by her husband, Shaun Edward Moore; father and mother, Michael and Dana Maltba; sister, Ashley Patterson; brother, Douglas Maltba; grandmothers, Doris Maltba and Peggy Capps; several aunts and uncles; a niece and nephew; and many cousins.

Our lives will never be the same without her. Until we see you again, Lady Bug, you are loved!

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 25, 2016 at Bridge of Life Community Church. A celebration of life service will follow at 2 p.m., with Pastor Jerome Bullard officiating.
