Kelli Hearn Capobianco, 51, of Wilmington died Monday, Dec. 7, 2015, at Duke University Hospital.
Kelli was born Aug. 7, 1964, in Raleigh to Joseph Russell Hearn and Linda Stephens Hearn.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her husband, Joseph J. Capobiano and two daughters, Savannah and Faith.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12 at Andrews Hampstead Chapel. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1 p.m.
