Adam Lenn Boyd, of Wilmington, died Monday, May 12, 2014 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He was 39.
Mr. Boyd was born November 12, 1974 in New Hanover County, a son of Murrell and Karen Richardson Boyd of Sunset Beach. He was self-employed in the telecommunications industry.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sons, Camen Boyd and Dalton Boyd, of Wilmington; daughter, Ella Boyd, of Wilmington; two brothers, Kelly Boyd and Mark Boyd, both of Wilmington; maternal grandmother, Kathleen Richardson, and paternal grandmother, Nola Ross Boyd.
The family will receive visitors from 2 to 3 p.m. Thursday, May 15, 2014 at the Brunswick Funeral Service Chapel. A Celebration of Life will follow at 3 p.m. at the chapel, with burial at the Brunswick Memorial Gardens.
The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials be directed to Dalton & Ella Boyd Education Fund, c/o Linda Robinson, 679 Stanbury Rd SW Supply, NC 28462.
