WILMINGTON — Customers will no longer be able to pay their bills to the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority at the Skyline Center downtown after Jan. 30.
The CFPUA is shutting down its payment center on N. Front Street this month due to declining usage of the location. After closure, the CFPUA’s cashiering window, self-payment kiosk, and payment drop box will also permanently close.
