CAROLINA BEACH — Discounted passes for the 2025 beach season at Freeman Park open for one month only this holiday season.
Beginning Dec. 1, anyone interested in buying a pass for $110 can do so through Dec. 31. The price will go up to $225 on Jan. 1, 2025.
Passes are available for in-person purchases, cash and credit accepted, at:
• Town of Carolina Beach Parking Office: 1708 Canal Drive, Carolina Beach, Monday-Sunday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., except holidays; (910) 458-4614.

Full-price passes will be available online as well but the permits still must be picked up in person at the Town Parking Office.
The 2025 season passes are valid for entry for the remainder of the 2024 season and all of 2025. Permits must be affixed to the driver’s side of the 4-by-4 vehicle, with old permits removed.
