NEW HANOVER COUNTY — The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance to find a missing 13-year old.
Lt. Jerry Brewer told Port City Daily Tory Blue Williams was last seen at her home 2600 Bridgewater Cove, but left on April 30 and hasn’t been seen since.
NHCSO reports Williams was last seen wearing a tan jacket and shorts. She is 5’6, 140 pounds, mixed race, has a small build, no tattoos or distinguishing marks, and has brown, medium-length curly hair. She is a student at the J.C. Roe Center.
