WILMINGTON — City crews have shut down two downtown roads to begin work Monday.
The intersection of Princess and 4th streets will be paved through Wednesday, with the existing asphalt first being removed.
As a result of the work, the intersection will be closed to traffic. On-street parking along 4th Street will be limited between Princess and Chestnut streets.
The schedule may change, weather permitting.
