CFPUA offices closed on Veterans Day

NEW HANOVER COUNTY — The local water authority offices will be closed to honor those who served.

Cape Fear Public Utility Authority’s locations will be closed on Veterans Day, Nov. 11. Customer service centers at 235 Government Center Drive and 305 Chesnut St. will reopen for regular hours at 8 a.m. Nov. 14.

While closed, customers can still manage their accounts using the interactive voice-response system by calling 910-332-6550 or online.

To report a water or sewer emergency during the holiday, call CFPUA’s emergency hotline at 910-332-6565.
